In this class we will explore ways to experiment with form in short stories and novels. We will look at examples from short stories, poetry and novels and discuss what makes these forms compelling and end with a list of exercises to choose from.
K.S. Walker likes their sci-fi and fantasy with some horror and their horror with some romance. Their work often explores themes of transformation, longing, and belonging and has appeared in venues such as FIYAH, Uncanny, Apex, Fantasy, and Baffling Magazine. They attended Viable Paradise in 2022 and are very proud to have had their work described as "deeply weird but very good".
