Chris Tebbetts teaches Theater Camp for Writers! (2-Part Workshop!)

Have you ever wanted to see your scene come to life? Get ready to look at your writing in a whole new way…and have some fun in the process! No acting skills required!

Theater Camp For Writers responds to the question: What do the disciplines of directing, acting, and improv have to teach us as writers? Sessions will include a small amount of lecture and discussion, but most of our time will be spent on scene work for your stories in progress, both by zoom (as “staged” readings) and in person, where we’ll look at these scenes on their feet, from the inside out. 

Please note: Participation is what makes this workshop go, but by the same token, no acting or other theater experience are required. Introverts, extroverts, and everyone in between are welcome! 

This class will be offered in two parts:

Session 1 is on Zoom from 7:30pm-9:30pm on Monday, November 3rd at 7:30pm.

Session 2 is in person on Saturday, November 8th from 10am to 2pm at the Writers' Loft in Hudson, MA (43 Broad St, Hudson, MA 01749. 4th Floor).
