Multi-Week: So You Want to Keep a Journal with Krysta Betit!

Journaling is a practice long revered but often put aside. Join Krysta Betit, a long time journal keeper and high school English teacher, for a lively discussion of the history of journaling (both broad and personal) and follow up conversations around best practices to keep your new journaling habit alive OR revive a journaling practice that has been overwhelmed by other factors in your daily life.

Krysta Betit (She/her) is a high school English teacher and a luddite to the core. Her commitment to paper based journaling has spanned over 30 years and includes some of the most delightfully cringey details of every stage of her life. She has also inspired countless students to begin and sustain a journaling practice...a few of whom have gone on to become equally nerdy and cringey high school English teachers themselves.

This 6-week class starts June 16th. Participants will have the option to meet weekly and interact with Krysta (and the community) throughout the week. More details on the first day of class. Participants will receive the first meeting Zoom link via the email address used to purchase their ticket. Participants will be invited to join our private Circle.So community for deeper connection with instructor and participants.
