Guided meditation to help writers reconnect with their sense of wonder and creative joy

Burnout is an all too familiar struggle for creatives, especially writers. Trying to get your work published or make a living as an author requires a volume of work that can leave you questioning why you ever wanted to be a writer in the first place. This workshop will focus on regaining a sense of joy and delight in your writing and generating ideas, characters and settings that keep your joy front and center as you continue your journey.

Sarah Loch (she/her) has been making up stories since childhood, first for her own amusement and then to entertain her younger siblings and cousins. She is a recovering librarian and an enrolled citizen of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma. Sarah has authored and self-published several queer romances under a pseudonym while working to write and revise her first YA novel. She lives in Northwest Arkansas with her family and a lionhead rabbit named Mario van Peebers.
